Overview

This individual will be responsible for forming new and maintaining current relationships with mid to large market business clients to drive sales of IT services. Duties include meeting with clients in-person to discuss 7 Layer products and/or services, presenting quarterly business reviews, presenting SOWs for approval and being a liaison in resolving client issues.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new opportunities for IT sales from 7 Layer’s IT service offerings. I.E, Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity Services, Infrastructure and Due Diligence projects.
  • Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.
  • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from 7 Layer Services.
  • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products and services
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
  • Schedule and prepare quarterly or bi-annual business reviews for their client base

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT relevant discipline (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years’ experience in IT relationship management
  • 5 or more years’ experience in IT sales, preferably selling managed services to Medium and Large Businesses.
